Chalet Lac Magog for lovers of relaxation, boating, Skiing Mont Orford, Golf, Snowmobiling and Cycling Chalet in the heart of the Eastern Townships with part of the land that goes directly to the water's edge. Panoramic view on the glazed gallery on the lake and the sunrise. Beautiful lawn space in front to do your activities. The spa is positioned to contemplate the lake. You have a private dock where you can moor your motor boat. The chalet has 2 full bathrooms, a shower room, double air conditioning, bedding and towels, kitchen items (dishes), 2 Kayaks, 1 Paddleboard as well as a Kayak and a children's paddleboard. The nautical club is 270 meters away for renting other boats or sailing lessons. The boat descent is at the municipal beach 7 minutes by car (4 km). Located 2 minutes from Highway 10 and 7 minutes from major shops such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, BMR, and grocery store , 4 minutes from Golf Venise, 12 minutes from downtown Magog or the bucolic village of Orford and 16 minutes from Mont Orford for skiing or hiking. The snowmobile trail runs on the lake, so you will have direct access to it from the chalet. Are you a cycling enthusiast? The snowmobile trail passes directly over the lake. Lots of activity available in the area. + VIEW MORE - COLLAPSE Note: Directly on the waterfront at Lac Magog. Near the highway, easy access and close to major shops such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, BMR, Canac, grocery store, etc. The Venice Golf Club, the Lac Magog marina where you can rent sailing equipment as well as the municipal beach for the boat descent are a few minutes from the chalet. | Très beau chalet très propre aussi. Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec les enfants. Les propriétaire ont même fait un suivi durant le séjour à savoir si tout était parfait pour nous. Je le recommande.

Nous avons adoré être au chalet en famille et nous souhaitons y retourner dans le futur

| Chalet tout rénové. Suffisamment près du Mont Orford, nous avons loué pour skier et la randonné en montagne.
Le chalet est très beau, électro neuf, beaucoup d'espace et beaucoup de lit Queen, ce qui a été un bel avantage pour nous.
La propreté était au rendez vous, le spa est grand et positionné pour voir le lac. La terrasse principale donne une vue imprenable sur le lac. Nous l'avons pas utilisé beaucoup mais l'été on y aurait passé la majorité de notre journée :)

Harrisson, en effet nous avons travaillé très fort dans la rénovation de ce chalet et lui créer une aire de vie où on voit le lac de partout dans les aires principales du 2e étage et sur 180 degrés sur le balcon. Content que l'ambiance et les dispositions vous aient satisfait ! IL y a beaucoup de voyageur l'hiver qui viennent pour la motoneige et les activités au Mont Orford vu la proximité; et la facilité d'accès. Au plaisir de vous revoir ! | |

| Je suis très reconnaissant envers le propriétaire du chalet! Le chalet bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, le chalet a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, il était propre et très confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et tous mes amis étaient contents. Je recommanderais ce chalet à tout le monde sans aucun doute !

| We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern chalet. It was very clean when we arrived, and it comfortably fit our group of 12 over the Christmas holidays. It was in a fantastic location - very close to Magog, Mont Orford, and other amenities. The hot tub was a huge hit with the group. The roads around the chalet are very walkable.
Guillaume was a very responsive host, and was available to answer all questions we had prior to and during our trip. We hope to come and stay again soon!
