Located in the heart of Estrie region directly on the shores of Magog Lake and specially designed for lovers of relaxation, boating, skiing, golfing and/or snowmobiling.
Panoramic view from the glass gallery of the lake and the magnificent colors of the sunrise.
There is a private dock where you can moor your motorboat. Two kayaks, a paddle board and life jackets for adults are available, as well as a kayak and paddle board for children. A spa, an outdoor fireplace, deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a BBQ are also at your disposal.
The chalet has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high speed wifi, a ROKU smart televisions, bedding and shower towels.
It can accommodate 1 to 12 people maximum (around 6 parking spaces) and it is made up of three bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: a queen bed
Bedroom #2: a queen bed
Bedroom #3: a queen bed & a double bed
Bedroom #4: a queen bed & a single bed (bunk)
The nautical club is 270 meters away for renting other boats or sailing lessons. The boat descent is at the municipal beach 7 minutes by car (4 km).
Located 2 minutes from Highway 10 and 7 minutes from major shops such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, BMR, and grocery store , 4 minutes from Golf Venise, 12 minutes from downtown Magog or the bucolic village of Orford and 16 minutes from Mont Orford for skiing or hiking.
The snowmobile trail runs on the lake, so you will have direct access to it from the chalet. Are you a cycling enthusiast? The cycle path ''LA ROUTE VERTE'' is located at the end of the street next to the chalet.

The snowmobile trail passes directly over the lake. Lots of activity available in the area. + VIEW MORE - COLLAPSE Note: Directly on the waterfront at Lac Magog. Near the highway, easy access and close to major shops such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, BMR, Canac, grocery store, etc. The Venice Golf Club, the Lac Magog marina where you can rent sailing equipment as well as the municipal beach for the boat descent are a few minutes from the chalet. | Un petit coin de paradis à proximité de la ville! Nous avons grandement apprécié la vue, la grande terrasse et la propreté des lieux. Le chalet est très bien équipé et les chambres sont toutes situées au rez de chaussée tandis que l'espace commun est à l'étage ce qui est idéal!

| Nous avons vécu un séjour tout simplement inoubliable à La Vue O-Lac Magog. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la propreté impeccable des lieux et l'aménagement intelligent du chalet, où chacun a pu trouver son espace et s'y sentir bien. Les deux salles de bain complètes ont ajouté au confort, tout comme l'accès direct au quai et à notre bateau, qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du lac.
Ce que nous avons aimé par-dessus tout, c'est cet équilibre parfait entre nature apaisante et proximité des commodités urbaines le meilleur des deux mondes. Et que dire de l'équipe des chalets O-Lac : attentionnée, disponible, et toujours prête à répondre à nos questions avec rapidité et courtoisie. Un vrai coup de coeur... un service 5 étoiles, sans hésitation !

| Le chalet est très propre et de bonne grandeur pour un groupe de 10 personnes.Les chambres se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée et elles sont bien insonorisées car on n'entend pas les bruits de l'étage où se trouve la cuisine.Les salles de bain sont très belle et bien équipée (serviette,shampoing ).Belle vue sur le lac et un beau coin extérieur pour faire un feu.
Le spa a été apprécié par tous.

| Ma famille et moi avons séjourné au chalet pour Noël. Nous étions 8 adultes et le chalet était parfait. Assez de chambres et de salles de bain pour que chacun ait son intimité et des salles communes pour se réunir. L'îlot dans la cuisine est super pour cuisiner en groupe et la grande table idéale pour les repas!
Nous y reviendrons!
