The lake house is on one acre of land with no neighbours in the back, which makes it perfect for tranquility and relaxation. You will be a few meters away from a private lake access with a large dock, perfect for a swim, fishing or simply taking in the sun and sound of the lake.

Available during all seasons of the year, you will benefit from the different local activities surrounding the village of Saint Donat such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, skiing, snow mobile, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, golfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, and much more!

The open floor plan offers a beautiful view of the living room area, fireplace and dining room. You'll love the view of the mountains and lake from your large kitchen island as you prepare your meals. A natural wood burning stove will warm you up after days of outdoor fun. You will also have access to a home gym and a 4 season outdoor spa. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and access to the balcony through its patio doors.
