Small house (construction 2023) directly by the St-Lawrence river, located in the charming village of Saint-Louis de L'Isle-aux-Coudres.
You will find all the modern comforts in the enchanting setting of Charlevoix.
The house has two closed bedrooms (queen beds), a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. 14-foot ceilings for the common area (kitchen, dining room, living room) with windows that offer you a spectacular view.
This small house is fully equipped to offer you maximum comfort. The 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each and a sofa bed from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, etc.)
In addition, a small wood stove, installed in the center of the open space, will enhance your evenings.
The interior is bright and offers a spectacular view of the river. The back (river side) has a spacious terrace where you can relax while contemplating the landscape of Charlevoix.
