The Chalet is located at the top of Domaine de la Seigneurie in Les Éboulements, offering you a splendid view of the river and the village! This contemporary construction, equipped with 6 bedrooms, including the master suite and an office, will quickly become your go-to spot for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends and colleagues. Bright, warm, and spacious are the first words that come to mind when describing this property. Designed with noble materials and high-quality finishes, you'll find a spacious living room adorned with a stone fireplace and a sofa that invites you to snuggle up. The open dining room leads to a chef's kitchen where you can enjoy conversations with your guests while preparing delicious meals. Let yourself be captivated by the views of the surrounding landscape and the beauty of the place. Head down to the family room to play a game of foosball, practice your daily yoga, or simply relax. Hop into the spa and forget about everything, enjoying an unforgettable relaxation experience. Feel like you're on vacation! The ground floor is the ideal gathering place, whether it's around the kitchen island, in the dining room, or in the living room. The space is open, welcoming, well-decorated, and perfectly arranged. It includes a large terrace where you can fully enjoy the view. A bedroom and a full bathroom with a washer/ dryer area are also provided on this level.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms, including the master suite with plenty of windows, a sitting area with a TV, and a walk-in closet. An office and a bathroom complete this floor.
The garden level features the remaining three bedrooms, a spacious family room, a half bathroom, and an indoor area to store your clothes and towels before entering the spa. This floor also provides access to the outdoor spa and the fire pit area, which is a bit further on the property.
You will need to travel by car. A convenience store and a few shops are nearby.
