***AVAILABLE FOR THE WINTER 2025 SEASON*** DISCOUNT 6600$ for the season ( 3 months) starting december 1st or january 4th. This warm, well-lit chalet offers 3 bedrooms (1 on the mezzanine and 2 on the garden level), all of which can accommodate up to 6 people maximum comfortably. Rental for 32 days or more is only available. It benefits from an ideal location on the edge of the magnificent Lac de la Montagne with a small sandy beach. Bass and other fishing is available directly on the lake. Motor boats are prohibited there, which ensures pleasant and safe swimming. A dock allows you to enjoy the lake in summer. A pedal boat and a kayak are at your disposal . However, if you wish to bring your personal boats, only the following boats are permitted: paddle board, canoe, kayak, rowboat, electric pontoon. It is obligatory to wash them before putting them in the water.
This chalet is ideal for meeting up with friends or family. Access to high-speed internet (possibilité de télétravail) and a ROKU TV is provided. The restaurants and shops of the Village of Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard are located 5 minutes away. In summer, the Lac Saint-Joseph marina welcomes you for a pontoon, kayak or paddleboard ride. Also take advantage of the Saint-Adolphe trails for walking or mountain biking. In winter you will find cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. For downhill skiing and mountain biking enthusiasts, Avalanche Ski Resort is a 5-minute drive away. The Morin Heights mountains (15 minutes), Saint-Sauveur (20 minutes), Mont Blanc (24 minutes), Vallée bleue ski (16 minutes), Tremblants (30 minutes) are also nearby. The town of Sainte-Agathe with its supermarkets, shops and restaurants is very close (7 minutes).An hour drive from Montreal.
