Located 1h30 from Montreal and 2 hours from Quebec, you will have peace and quiet guaranteed. 10 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Alexis-des-Monts with grocery store, pharmacy, bank etc... Several activities to do nearby, the Mastigouche wildlife reserve with its hundreds of lakes is 15 minutes by car, the Nouvelle-France micro-brewery, several hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking and snowmobile trails are accessible. The Parc Vallée ski center is the closest resort to the house. Throughout the year, a ton of activities are within your reach. In summer, 2 kayaks and a canoe with flotation jackets are available as well as a barbecue on the balcony. A swing is permanently installed to enjoy the magnificent view of the river.
