Chalet La Panoramique, located in the prestigious La Seigneurie Estate in Les Éboulements, is just 10 minutes from Baie St-Paul, 30 minutes from the Massif of Charlevoix, and 45 minutes from Mont Grand Fond. The view of the Saint-Laurent River and Isle-aux-Coudres is spectacular, and the large windows overlooking the river are designed to enjoy this breathtaking sight. You will be captivated by the privacy and tranquility of the surroundings. The entrance and parking are at the same level as the street, so there is no elevation to access the residence. This magnificent chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The chalet features 4 contemporary luxury-style bedrooms with Queen beds, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and offer a view of the river. There is also a dormitory room with 2 single beds, and a total of 3 full bathrooms and one half-bathroom. During your stay, you will enjoy a majestic open-concept space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large table where you can share a meal with your group or family. You'll love the living room with its relaxing area and fireplace. Additionally, your children can have fun in the second-floor lounge, which is perfectly soundproofed. The outdoor furniture will allow you to take a break, surrounded by nature and with a view of the Saint-Laurent River. A covered outdoor dining area has been set up, equipped with a gas BBQ (four seasons). The Spa section, sheltered from the elements, will allow you to relax in complete privacy.

| 4 chambres toutes au sous sol, dont 2 avec salle de bain attenante était super pour nous qui étions 8 dont une petite famille de 4.
Aussi le dortoir a l'étage fut apprécié des plus jeunes.
L'espace cuisine, salle à manger et salon au rez de chaussé est bien équipé et équilibré tout en permettant de jouir de l'exceptionnelle vue.

| Super chalet! Parfait pour passé des belle journée entre amis. L'arrivé c'est super bien passé, la communication avec le propriétaire est facile. La vue est a couper le souffle. Bref tout est positif pour ce chalet.

| Magnifique chalet avec vue incroyable sur le fleuve. Très propre et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont ajoutés plusieurs items neuf et de grandes qualités comme la vaisselle et les serviettes. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour et espérons y retourner.
