Our fully-equipped main house is looking for responsible people to take good care of. Two bedrooms, 1 with a King bed and the other with a queen bed. The central room with cathedral ceiling is 45 x 20 with a beautiful 4-sided natural gas fireplace in the middle, bringing space, freedom and warmth. A full bathroom (bath and shower), laundry room: washer/dryer. Another room is set up as a work office. Includes internet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 65" TV.

Magog is a popular tourist destination, renowned for its breathtaking scenery. The city abounds with events and activities for all ages all year round. You can enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and ice fishing. For downhill skiing, you're close to several ski centers: Mont Orford, Bromont, Shefford, Sutton, Owl Heads and Jay Peak. You can also skate on the famous 2.5 km ice trail along Lake Memphremagog, with a superb view of the lake.

It's quiet, relaxing and close to all amenities.
