3 bedroom waterfront cottage that sleeps up to 5. Wood burning fireplace, Smart TV and reliable Cable internet. Basic amenities. Sunset orientation with big water views. Beautiful swimmable lakefront with large dock. Firepit by lake. Gallery deck outside spans 20 ft with BBQ.

LAND AND AREA: Our cottage is a very small town called Mont Blanc. Within 6km of ski area and eco-laurentide nature park. At the chalet, we are at the bottom of a driveway, not really visible by the road. There is complete privacy by the waterside of the house, no neighbour or house view on either side. Outdoor firepit by the water.

REGION: 10 minutes from St-Jovite and 20 minutes from Mont Tremblant, 10 minutes to Mont Blanc, 35 min to St Sauveur for great shopping and night skiing. One hour, 10 to Montreal, 2 hours from Ottawa.
