Beautifull cottage on a large wooded lot located in the heart of the Domaine du Mont-Orford.
This little corner of paradise is just 5 minutes away from the Mont-Orford and the Parc du Mont-Orford where there are a host of winter activities. Downhill ski enthusiasts will also appreciate the possibility of visiting Owls Head, Bromont and Jay Peak ski resorts, a 30-minute drive away.
The cottaeg is equipped with all modern amenities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare comforting meals in addition to the always popular fondue and raclette sets.
The large dining room can comfortably seat 8 guests (or a little more). In the living room, the wood fireplace will warm the atmosphere while the smart TV, connected to the home theater, will invite you to relax after a day full of activities.
The 4 bedrooms are well equipped; Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has twin beds. The room with a sofa bed offers a large desk and everything you need for teleworking, including high-speed internet. Storage space is generous in all bedrooms.
You will find 2 full bathrooms and a laundry area including a sink and an additional toilet.
The spacious playroom in the basement is full of board games as well as a comfortable TV corner.
The snow is heavy here but the driveway is plowed for your convenience. Sports equipment can be stored in a locked shed. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the outdoor table adjacent to the shed for waxing their skis.
Everything is designed so that you just have to have fun and relax.
You will therefore have plenty of time to enjoy the many activities offered in the region and its many restaurants. Also take some time to stroll and simply walk in the marvelous Domaine du Mont Orford.
The activities at the cottage are just as interesting in summer. You will enjoy your privileged access to the private beach and the ecological O'Malley Lake which is within walking distance. Whether you're relaxing at the beach, having an apero or you decide to swim across the lake or take a kayak tour, the calm of a lake without a motor awaits you. Hikers will appreciate access to the Sentier de l'Estrie and Mont Orford Park adjacent to the Domaine du Mont Orford. Mont Orford Park is just as rich in summer activities as it is in winter, which includes a magnificent golf course.
