It's possible to stay in a warm and unique 3-floor, all-wood house. The 1850 home has preserved its charm of the past and offers all modern comforts. The house is located in the village of Saint-André de Kamouraska, just a stone's throw from the St. Lawrence River in the Lower St. Lawrence region. Surrounded by mature trees and gardens, the site offers a haven of peace in the heart of the village.

From the main entrance, you'll find warm, spacious and bright spaces, including the dining room, living room and kitchen. The sept (7) bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Each offers a Queen-size bed with a seating area.
There are four (4) bedrooms on the 3rd floor, each with its own private bathroom. And three (3) bedrooms on the 2nd floor sharing a bathroom. The house has sept (7) bedrooms, five (5) bathrooms and one (1) powder room. In the gardens, the covered terrace and fire pit invite you to enjoy the outdoors.

Rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights, and rates for 2 nights are :

1,300$ for 5 bedrooms with private bathroom

1,500$ for 6 bedrooms

1,700$ for 7 bedrooms
