Competitive rate, unique and authentic chalet on the edge of a lake with A-grade water quality in the heart of the Laurentians (Tremblant area)!!

Children fall in love with the chalet: secret tunnel, shallow lake shore, wildlife observation (herons, loons, frogs...).

What sets us apart:

*Period chalet all in pine, in the same family for over 50 years with a magnificent view of a mountain lake: renovated, equipped, and thought of as a main residence.

**A lake shore perfect for children: sandy swimming area shallow for 15 m! (After which the lake deepens for adults!)

**Inclusion of 9 boats (everyone can be on the water at the same time!), life jackets, BBQ with propane included, lounge chairs, umbrella, fire pit with 10 chairs, gazebo with table for 10, outdoor games, volleyball net.

**Location: Lake Ménard in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides ((near Val-David, Ste-Agathe, Tremblant). Services and activities (adventure parks, municipal beach, hiking...) within walking distance of the chalet.
