The property features four generously sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering optimal comfort to all guests. The open-concept main floor welcomes you into a vast, light-filled living area with soaring ceilings and a central staircase. Here, you'll find a cozy lounge area, a TV space, a billiards corner, and a warm dining room. The kitchen, a true showpiece, is equipped with a large central island that invites meal preparation without ever missing out on the surrounding activity. The master bedroom and a stylish bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and glass-enclosed shower complete this level.

Downstairs, on the garden level, you'll find a second spacious living room filled with natural light from the expansive windows overlooking the lake. This level also includes a play area for children, a foosball table, three additional bedrooms, and a second full bathroom. The sunny terrace and outdoor spa invite you to enjoy pure moments of relaxation.

Lac Desrosiers, a small 6-acre private lake, is shared by only four chalets all located on the same side?offering unmatched tranquility with no development across the water. Though wild in appearance, the shoreline in front of the chalet is sandy and perfect for summer swimming. The lake is generally shallow (4 to 8 feet), with some muddier spots in deeper areas, but nothing that hinders a pleasant swim. It's fed by a natural underground spring and mountain runoff. The lake is adorned with water lilies and aquatic vegetation in certain spots, but still very enjoyable for swimming.

To fully enjoy the lake, guests have access to a giant floating mat, a paddleboard, two kayaks, and a pedal boat?sure to delight both children and adults all summer long.

As for fishing, the owners are not avid anglers and cannot confirm the lake's full potential. However, an ecologist has noted the presence of trout and a variety of small fish species. To be continued!
