Bright, peaceful cottage in a natural setting near Lac Trois-Saumons.

There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a small work desk. There's a convivial living room with a panoramic fireplace, TV and board games. A reading corner with a hammock chair has been set up in the windowed entrance. Parking is available for 2 cars.

The kitchen is well equipped (oven, fridge, microwave, fondue stove, coffee maker, pots and pans). The bathroom was renovated in 2021.

The chalet borders the road around Lac Trois-Saumons, making it easy to access and get around.

The backyard is wooded and intimate, perfect for a picnic table, hammock or fire pit with family and friends.

The boat launch is just a few meters from the cottage (with a fee from the municipality). There are also cross-country ski and ski-doo trails nearby. The road around the lake is a pleasant place to walk or cycle (18 km). The well-known Lac Trois-Saumons day camp is within easy reach. THE CHALET DOES NOT COME WITH PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS, however, less than 1 km away is a public access with parking and washing station for bathing boats and small craft (kayaks, paddleboards).

Washing and drying facilities are available for longer stays (6 days or more).

Wifi is fast and reliable (fiber optic), and there's a smart TV in the living room.
