The Poulailler Pavilion is located next to the Auberge des Glacis, a former seigneurial flour mill, on a 5-hectare estate meandering along the Tortue River. The establishment is less than an hour from Quebec City, just minutes from the St. Lawrence River on the south shore.
The Auberge des Glacis offers a four-course menu featuring more than 70 products from the Chaudière-Appalaches region and a buffet breakfast prepared with homemade products from Chef Louis Bouchard Trudeau!
