Our log cabin feels like a secret escape. Nestled in the woods, it is spacious enough for a family (or two), as well as cosy and welcoming. It has all the charm and rustic feel you'd expect from such a building, but we've (slowly) been upgrading it to catch up with modern life. The one thing we've voluntarily left out is an internet connection: we love fostering relaxation, togetherness, and leisure in that way.
In the middle of the woods, with a nature reserve at the back, surrounded by mountains... Yet just 90 minutes from Montreal and a short drive away from all amenities, as well as Lake Memphremagog and three ski resorts (Orford, Owl's Head, Jay Peak). There is also a small, private lake within walking distance, as well as several options for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and crosscountry skiing in the area.
Please note one of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine, which opens onto the main living space. The other two bedrooms are fully enclosed.
We do have two young kids so our cabin is definitely family-friendly! Due to allergies, however, we don't allow pets. This is our personal family cabin, not an investment rental property. We trust that you will take good care of it.
