No parties allowed: Out of respect for our friendly neighbors, any activity that may cause disturbance is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and a fine.
Minimum age: 25 years – All guests must be 25 or older.
Pets: Only dogs are accepted (no cats due to allergies). Dogs must not be left unattended, and waste must be picked up before departure.
Bondville Road is one of the main routes circling Lake Brome. While some traffic may be heard outside, you'll enjoy peace and quiet inside the chalet in every season.
