Your Private Mountain Retreat
The chalet is entirely yours during your stay, offering privacy, comfort, and peace of mind.
Safety & Security: Exterior cameras monitor the parking area, and decibel detectors help maintain a quiet environment. Security patrols and municipal monitoring ensure the neighborhood remains safe and tranquil.
Check-In & Parking: Enjoy self-check-in with an electronic lock for a flexible and hassle-free arrival. The property includes six private parking spaces; street parking is not permitted.
Important Winter Note: Winter tires are mandatory as the chalet is located in the mountains.
We're always happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
Occasionally, we might drop by to say hello—if the timing works—to make sure everything is going smoothly and that you're enjoying your stay to the fullest.
***Bachelor parties and similar events are strictly prohibited at this property.
Guests are also asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM to preserve neighborhood tranquility.
RENTAL AGREEMENT – HOUSE RULES
Thank you for choosing our chalet for your stay!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following rules:
1. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1,000 will be required via credit card. It will be refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no damage is observed.
2. Liability
You stay at your own risk. The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss during your stay.
3. Lost & Found Items
Items left behind can be returned for a $20 administrative fee plus shipping costs.
4. Property Access
The owner or a representative may access the chalet at any time in case of emergency, or with reasonable notice if necessary.
5. Spa Use
We do our best to have the spa ready upon your arrival. During water changes, a heating delay may occur; this is not a valid reason for a claim.

6. Safety & Monitoring
Exterior cameras facing the parking area ensure property security.
Decibel detectors help enforce neighborhood noise standards.
7. General Rules
Respect neighbors: No loud noise between 10 PM and 9 AM
Number of guests: Only registered guests may stay on the property
Access & ID: The main guest must present ID and the credit card used for booking upon request
No smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, etc.) is prohibited indoors
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed. While we love animals, this chalet does not accept them. We have other properties that may be suitable—please contact us for alternatives!
9. Events
Parties, gatherings, and bachelor/bachelorette events are strictly prohibited.
10. Parking
Parking is allowed only in designated areas. There are 6 parking spaces; do not park on the street.
11. Respect for the Property
All damages will be charged.
During your stay: If any issues arise, you must notify us immediately and allow access so we can inspect and resolve the problem in a reasonable timeframe. Failure to do so cannot justify future claims.
12. Compliance with Rules
Following these rules ensures a pleasant experience for everyone. Significant violations (e.g., disturbances, overcapacity, property damage) may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.
13. Check-Out & Assistance
Check-out instructions will be sent 24 hours before departure.
