| Malgré quelques restrictions dues au virus, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous étions dans le chalet 32. À notre arrivée tout était propre et conforme à nos attentes. Piscine et spa très bien entretenus. Nous recommandons ce domaine. Nous sommes déjà à regarder pour notre prochain séjour.

| When we arrived the place was dirty full of dog hair, dust on the floors. Bathroom and tub were disgusting, we had to wash before we used them. Clearly nobody cleans this place.
On the last day as I was packing our items we noticed bed bugs crawling all over the bed and my pillows Upon inspecting closer and moving the furniture we found more.
When I called the front desk they sent the "proprietaire" over who downplayed everything I said and denied a bed bug problem. He said it was only in 1 room so he would close the door and call an exterminator. I proceeded to call an exterminator and had him speak the to manager. The manager argued with the exterminator and said I was overreacting.
The exterminator told me if I see the different phases of bed bugs (nymph to adult) it is clearly a bad situation and not just the one random.
I was so upset that he was not even embarrassed or felt any remorse for the situation. The manager assured me he had no idea because nobody has complained before. He did not offer any reimbursement or help for the items I threw away as he said it was not his fault and it clearly states in black and white on the website and contract that they are not responsible for bed bugs.
After we packed up and left we saw a new family checking in. Management never cancelled their reservation or called an exterminator!!!!!!!
Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY

| Nous avons quitté le chalet#19 à la moitié de notre séjour pour plusieurs raisons. À notre arrivée une odeur d'humidité et de fumé empestait, nous avons retrouvé de la vitre dans les couvertures du lit, le spa était parsemé de tache de rouille et d'autres inidentifiable. Le panneau de contrôle du spa était endommagé, impossible de connaitre l'utilité des boutons. Des cannettes de Pabst trainaient autour. Grand manque d'intimité pour le spa et la piscine, nous somme à la vue des voisins des deux côtés qui sont très proches. La piscine est très petite n'espérez pas faire des longueurs sans vous cogner. À l'intérieur le foyer est problématique impossible de faire un feu sans emboucaner l'ensemble du chalet. Plusieurs ronds du four ne fonctionnaient pas. Et quand nous avons parlé avec le proprio il nous a offert de partir. Pour 400$ la nuit c'est une arnaque, je vous le déconseille.
