Only a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from Grand Lac St-François, this cottage, which can easily be described as luxurious, offers heated floors, an indoor propane fireplace, an outdoor spa, an outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue. With its 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people. An electric car charging station is available.

In the summer, bring your boat and set off on Lake Saint-François, with the private lake access the cottage offers. Swimming will be much appreciated on hot days! In any season, end the day in the private spa for complete relaxation.

Come discover this gem and enjoy all the activities the region has to offer, such as fishing, hiking and skiing.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
