Stopover 471 is our largest cottage, it is directly on the shores of Lake Champlain in a very quiet area of Venise-en-Québec. Can accommodate up to 4 couples or 1-2 families. Comfortable and fully equipped. Three closed bedrooms in addition to the glass roof which can be separated by curtains to form a fourth bedroom (bedding provided). Kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette pan, fondue pan,... as well as all the necessary dishes, utensils and cutlery. Bathroom with bath and shower (towels provided). Laundry room. Living room with wood fireplace, SmartTV with ROKU and blue-ray player. Outdoor amenities: propane BBQ, patio set, deck chairs and outdoor fire pit. Boats available: 4 solo kayaks and 4 paddle boards, paddles and flotation vests are also at your disposal.
