This superb cottage rental on the northern tip of Lac Aylmer (18 km in length) is set on 100 acres of land stretching from the back of the cottage to the top of a hill overlooking the lake. Space fit for a king!
Experience waterfront living at its best at Le Chalet sur la Colline. You can back your boat into the water right on the property and then pass under a bridge to head out onto the main body of the lake. For larger boats, a free municipal boat launch is located on the other side of the bridge, about 2 kilometres away. If your boat has an amovible roof, it is possible to pass under the bridge, since there is 6 feet between the surface of the water and the bridge. If you have a roof on your boat or a wakeboard tower, you won't be able to pass under the bridge. Two rowboats, four kayaks and a pedal boat, as well as adult-size life jackets, are available to guests. During winter, from the Chemin de Pansu, the cottage is also accessible by snowmobile.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
This recently constructed modern-style cottage has large windows that allow guests to fully appreciate the scenery and natural lighting.
The cottage rental accommodates 18 guests comfortably and has a maximum occupancy of 20. There are 5 closed bedrooms (2 king-size, 5 queen-size beds, 4 Simple beds, 3 inflatable matress), two with patio doors overlooking the lake, as well as 2 full bathrooms and common areas perfect for convivial gatherings of family or friends.
Chefs of all levels will love the modern open kitchen with immense bay windows, while the spacious, well-lit dining room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling allows guests to dine in full view of nature. Patio doors lead out onto the patio and spa area. The large mezzanine living room also features an exceptional view of the lake and surrounding countryside from a truly comfortable environment. Everything is ready for you to enjoy an exceptional holiday!
