Scandinavian-style log cottage, combining chic and rustic, located on a large lot, with direct access to Lac Long (without motorized boat), in the Domaine Saint-Adolphe-en-Haut.
On the ground floor, we find the kitchen (very well equipped with gas stove and dishwasher), the dining room, the living room with wood fireplace, as well as a bathroom with heated floor.
The 2nd floor houses a huge master bedroom with a queen-size bed on a semi-open mezzanine, with a work desk and air conditioner. There is also a bathroom.
In the basement, there is a family room with a large Murphy bed (queen), a closed bedroom with a large bed (queen), as well as a bathroom, with washer and dryer.
Outside, there is a large balcony, with propane barbecue, a patio table, a swing, as well as an outdoor wood fireplace. It is possible to easily park 4 cars. You also have access to a universal charging station (NACS and J1772) for electric vehicles.
To take full advantage of the lake, you will have at your disposal a dock, a two-seater canoe, a single kayak, as well as a pedal boat and life jackets.
