In La Conception at Des Trois MOntagnes lake, 15 mins from Tremblant, this cottage is a great opportunity to have a good vacation.
Motor boats are allowed on the lake for fishing and water sports. The lake is 7km long and quality of water is yearly tested with excellent results. The cottage is on a lot with 200 feet frontage on lake which gives a quiet environment.
In the winter, you can enjoy the ski season. the cottage is located 18 minutes from Mont-Tremblant south side parking & 25 minutes from Mont-Blanc. Depending on the season and quality of ice, we can skate on the lake, snowshoe or simply take a walk. The fireplace will keep you warm upon your return. It is necessary to have a 4WD car to access the cottage during winter.
It is a mountain cottage with 20 stairs to get down on the dock (8'X20').
The cottage is new and well equipped. It benefits from a south exposure which allows for sun to be in front all day.
There is 1 bedroom on the mezzanine, 1 bathroom on main floor (shower only) and 2 bedrooms with 1 powder room downstairs.
Water is drinkable, filtered and UV treated.
