The large and numerous windows, give you the impression of being right in the nature and to be able to live the pleasures of all seasons with a great view. This cottage is decorated and furnished to offer you the comforts of modern day living and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is the ideal place to relax with friends and family or as a duo. Inside, 2 luminous living rooms with a view, one with a wood stove, large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with one with a soaker tub, TV and high speed internet. Outside, a spacious balcony plus a screened in porch nicely furnished, propane BBQ and a trail that brings you to the lake (motor boats not allowed) where a pedal boat/ canoe/kayak awaits you so you can enjoy it peacefully. Plus, you will have access to the trails of the private estate.
You will be overwhelmed by the charm of this magnificent cottage and want to return again and again. You will feel right at home while being far away from the daily routine.
This property can offer you:
- 4 bedrooms with 3 Queen-sized bed and 1 King, plus a sofa bed in one of the living room.
- 2 large living rooms with one wood stove. The one in the basement include an exterior access, 2 televisions, DVD player, satellite, stereo, phone (local calls)
- Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic countertop, wood cabinets, ceramic floor, fridge, stove, microwave convection oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery and utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher

- Driveway snow removal in the winter, parking for a max of 3 cars, with 1 in the garage.

NOTES 10 people maximum - Reservations are made by phone or by e-mail, a rental contract and a rules document will need to be signed. A 50% deposit of a monthly rental will be required to confirm the reservation. The balance of that first month will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Any further month rental will be due at the beginning of the month. If there is cancellation by the client, the security deposit will be non-refundable. A $500 security deposit will be payable 14 days prior to your arrival (at the same time of your remaining first month payment) and is reimbursable if the cottage is left in the same way as it was provided.
