For nature and water lovers, a luxurious chalet on the shores of Lake Theodore in Val-Morin in the Laurentians (approx. an hour drive from Montreal).
It is the perfect place to rest with this incredible waterfront chalet that will allow you to disconnect from the buzz of the city and fill you up with fresh air. Its abundant windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake.
With modern comfort, this chalet has everything you need. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including washer-dryer), a fully equipped kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, a living room with TV and play area for your children.
Here, the emphasis is on the family; baby cots, high chairs, playpen and toys to keep your little ones occupied and safe are available on request.
Upstairs is the master bedroom (with king bed), the children's bedroom (with bunk beds) and a full bathroom. In the basement, there is a 3rd bedroom (with king bed) with the possibility of putting a crib as well and another full bathroom.
Bedding and towels are provided but limited.
A workspace is available for those working from home.
Located on a large lot of over 12,000 square feet, in a very peaceful area of the Lake, this chalet allows you to get away from it all whatever the season.
Swimming, dock, simple & double kayak, a pedal boat and a rowboat are at your disposal during the summer days as well as life jackets. In winter, there are several cross-country ski and snowshoe trails around the chalet and the ski mountains are not far away.
Located 10-15 minutes by car from all services and amenities (Val-Morin and Ste-Adèle) and 20min from the beautiful village of Saint-Sauveur.
We limit the rental to families / groups of 6 people maximum to preserve the calm and the beautiful atmosphere, and this over the long term.
