Magnificent ski-in/ski-out condo with 1,300 sq foot of living space, decorated with taste in the Cote Est project. This main floor unit offers 3 bedrooms directly on the slopes of Ski Bromont, the enchanting and quiet décor will certainly please you. Be delighted by the contemporary architecture and the large windows that let natural light from the forest shine through.

The condo is equipped with a gas fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, brand new stainless steel appliances, 50" flat screen TV, Playstation 3, Apple TV, multi-room Sonos sound system, one full bathroom with heated floors and a very convenient powder room. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a dresser, a queen bed, bed side lamps for reading and an alarm clock. The second bedroom offers a twin bed (baby crib ans booster seat also available), a changing table and a dresser. The third bedroom has a dresser, a double futon with a bunk twin above it, the other bunk bed as a small desk area that transforms into a twin bed. The kitchen has quartz countertop, a slow cooker, a raclette grill, a fondu pot, a Tassimo machine, a toaster, dishes and flatware. There is also a high chair and dinnerware made for kids.
The outdoor offers a private terasse, a gas fireplace, a private spa (used only by our unit), 2 parking spots and a shed for your sporting gear.
