Right in the mountains of the tourist resort Val Saint-Côme, this chalet with a contemporary style guarantees you a warm and friendly stay combining relaxation and nature with family, for a quiet break as a couple or with friends. Swimming (lake and rivers) accessible by car (10 minutes). Outside the cottage, a spacious terrace includes a barbecue (gas cylinder included), a set of garden furniture with motorized awning and an outdoor fireplace. Wood not provided so please bring your wood.
On the ground floor, you will first find a spacious entrance, with walls covered with barn wood, fitted with numerous hooks and storage spaces. As soon as you enter, an almost entirely windowed wall offers you a sensational view of the surrounding nature. Also, there is a large kitchen with a large island fully equipped with utensils, kitchen equipment, cutlery and appliances (two-door refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and heater, coffee machine. , etc.) and including a front washer /
dryer space. The ground floor also has a welcoming dining room with a large solid wood table and a living room with a sectional sofa facing the gas fireplace decorated with a magnificent mantel of natural stones. TV, sound system and board games are available for your entertainment.
Upstairs of the chalet, on the mezzanine, the master bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the second bedroom includes a trundle bunk bed (2xdoubles) You will also find a living room with a sectional double sofa bed Queen in addition to a practical office area and television with dvd player. TELEWORKING AREA - Desk with two screens and ergonomic chair. This floor has a bathroom with tub-shower and heated ceramic floor. Bedding and towels are provided.

Outside the chalet, a spacious terrace overlooking the ski slope includes a barbecue (gas cylinder included), a set of garden furniture (in summer) and an outdoor fireplace. Wood not provided so please bring your own wood.
