Located 70 minutes from Montreal, it is located in a wooded area, on the edge of a swimmable lake, without motorboat. It offers breathtaking views of the lake and the mountain. We have equipped furniture, bedding and quality accessories for greater comfort and a style that is both warm and modern. Inside you will find: - Sheets and towels. - A very well equipped kitchen: dishwasher, kitchen accessories and small appliances. - Two closed bedrooms and an open bedroom on mezzanine with lake views. - internet WIFI - TV with Apple TV: Netflix service and Blue-ray DVD player (no subscription for TV channels). - Many board games. (not currently with Covid situation) - Wood for indoor fireplace included (5 logs / day) but NOT included for outdoor campfire.
Outside, you will enjoy:
- Four Seasons Spa.
- A lake canoe with two life jackets (in summer).
- Complete outdoor furniture with patio heater and outdoor fireplace to enjoy meals or simply relax.
- A gas barbecue (except in winter).
- Two terraces; one of which is covered, lit and heated, the other located at the edge of the lake.
Activities are many and varied in the vicinity of our cottage.
It is possible to order a massage at home (expenses not included).
The music is forbidden so as not to disturb our neighbors.
Member of the CITQ, the cottage is rated 3 stars.
For greater security, the chalet is equipped with a video surveillance exterior.

| Chalet très charmant, chaleureux, décoration soignée, très propre. On s'y sent bien instantanément. Cuisine très bien équipée. Jolie vue sur le lac à proximité immédiate du chalet. Un havre de paix! Je recommande sans hésiter.

| Le chalet loué par Fanny et Arnaud est situé dans un endroit calme et reposant. Il est très bien équipé et aménagé avec goût autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur . L'aménagement extérieur offre toutes les possibilités désirées: terrasse avec foyer en bord de lac, quai, embarcations , abri couvert pour manger à l'abri des intempéries ou des moustiques. Si on y ajoute l'accès à une petite plage sablonneuse accessible à un km à pied ou 5 min en voiture tout y est pour rendre le séjour parfait. Les pièces sont disposées sur 3 étages et joliment décorées. La longue galerie devant le salon offre une vue sur le lac et permet d'y relaxer . Il est très facile de communiquer avec Fanny . Nous reviendrions volontiers dans ce chalet.

| Chalet confortable et bien équipé, en tout point conforme à sa description. On a particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux, l'emplacement pour le feu, le gazebo spacieux et le spa. La plage réservée aux résidents est accessible à pied, agréable pour la baignade et bien tenue. On a profité à plusieurs reprises du terrain de pétanque aménagé près de la plage.

L'emplacement est idéal et les petites attentions des propriétaires sont plus qu'appreciées !

| Nous avons trouvé le chalet très confortable et chaleureux. Quel plaisir de profiter de la vue sur le lac tout en profitant de la chaleur du foyer, ou encore de se détendre dans le jacuzzi en profitant du calme environnant ! Fanny et Arnaud sont des hôtes très accueillants, très disponibles, la communication avec eux est facile et agréable.
