Beautiful luxury rustic and, at the same time, modern chalet, located in the heart of nature on the shore of Patrick Lake (navigable), on a large lot, 100,000 sq.ft., surrounded by magnificent pines and cedars. Nice view on the lake, located directly on the lake shore.

With 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, a large games room with heated floor, the place offers plenty of space for your stay. The 6th closed relaxation bedroom with a queen bed, is available on the first level, walk-out-basement.

On the first level, walk-out-basement, you will find the large games room, a bathroom with shower and the 6th relaxation room, all with heated floor.
The second floor, open concept, offers a dining room served by a large wooden table that can easily accommodate 14 people. A cathedral-roofed living room surrounded by a huge fenestration and offering a splendid view on the lake. A wonderful stone fireplace invites you to sit down and enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate, after a day of outdoor activities.
A very functional large open concept kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances including 2 large refrigerators.
Also, on the second floor you will find 2 large bedrooms with a Queen bed, in each bedroom, and a full bathroom.
On the tird floor, you will find a large master bedroom with wooden king size bed and 2 large bedrooms with a wooden queen bed and 2 single bunk beds in each bedroom.
There is also a full bathroom with a bath and a high-end shower.
The outdoor layout offers 2 very large terraces with a beautiful view of the lake. Also, you can benefit from a very large therapeutic SPA, that can accommodate at least 8 people, that will certainly contribute to your relaxation; it is protected by a shelter in bad weather.
You have only your food to bring because everything is provided; bedding, sheets, pots, towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer.
You can enjoy the Richelieu market to make your food purchases as well as a SAQ and a convenience store-restaurant just 5 minutes from the cottage. You can also order a very good local pizza from the convenience store, 5 minutes from de chalet, during the weekend, starting on Friday.
