Blue Pelican Chalet Welcome to Blue Pelican Chalet ! Beautiful luxury rustic and, at the same time, modern chalet, located in the heart of nature on the shore of Patrick Lake (navigable), on a large lot, 100,000 sq.ft., surrounded by magnificent pines and cedars. Nice view on the lake, located directly on the lake shore. Building, December - 2018, on 3 floors. With 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, a large games room with heated floor, the place offers plenty of space for your stay. A 6th closed relaxation room with a queen bed, is available on the first level, walk-out-basement. Internet, Fibe 500, unlimited and Fibe TV with Bell. On the first level, walk-out-basement, you will find the large games room, a bathroom with shower and the 6th relaxation room, all with heated floor. The second floor, open concept, offers a dining room served by a large wooden table that can easily accommodate 14 people. A cathedral-roofed living room surrounded by a huge fenestration and offering a splendid view on the lake. A wonderful stone fireplace invites you to sit down and enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate, after a day of outdoor activities. A very functional large open concept kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances including 2 large refrigerators. Also, on the second floor you will find 2 large bedrooms with a Queen bed, in each bedroom, and a full bathroom. On the tird floor, you will find a large master bedroom with wooden king size bed and 2 large bedrooms with a wooden queen bed and 2 single bunk beds in each bedroom. There is also a full bathroom with a bath and a high-end shower.
The outdoor layout offers 2 very large terraces with a beautiful view of the lake. Also, you can benefit from a very large therapeutic SPA, that can accommodate at least 8 people, that will certainly contribute to your relaxation; it is protected by a shelter in bad weather.
You have only your food to bring because everything is provided; bedding, sheets, pots, towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer.
You can enjoy the Richelieu market to make your food purchases as well as a SAQ and a convenience store-restaurant just 5 minutes from the cottage. You can also order a very good local pizza from the convenience store, 5 minutes from de chalet, during the weekend, starting on Friday.

| Chalet extraordinaire, spacieux, confortable, impeccable. Vraiment je n'ai rien à dire de négatif. L'endroit est de toute beauté, la vue sur le lac, le grand balcon, le spa est en parfaite état. Un sans faille, je vais y retourner c'est certain.

| My family of 12 just spent a week at Blue Pelican Chalet by Lac Patrice. It's not our first visit, but we are still in awe of the chalet and natural surroundings. The chalet is spacious and comfortable, set up in a way that made us feel so welcome and cared for. The lake provided plenty of opportunity to loll and find refreshment; the varied, available water crafts were in constant use by the younger members of the family. We are ready and looking forward to going back. Merci beaucoup!

| Un seul mot pourrait traduire notre séjour au chalet Pélican Bleu : RAVIS, ENCHANTÉS (disons 2 mots :o)!
Ma famille et moi louons habituellement un chalet au cours de l'été. Le chalet Pélican Bleu est celui qui nous a satisfait le plus jusqu'à maintenant. Un grand chalet accueillant et chaleureux situé dans un environnement magnifique. Nous avons tous adoré le spa et les jeux sur place ainsi que les embarcations et le plan d'eau.
Le propriétaire est très disponible. Vraiment une expérience à revivre.

| Nous avons passé un très beau séjour! La propriétaire était très sympatique et courtoise. Le retour de courriels et d'appels téléphoniques étaient rapides. Sans même le demander, elle nous a proposé d'arriver plus tôt et de quitter plus tard. Nous avons bien apprécié cette attention.
Le chalet est spacieux, propre et confortable. Il est très bien équipé!! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous y retournerons!
