Spacious country house with cachet on 44 acres of pasture, streams, woods and private walking trails. Established garden, orchard, ponds, old maples and breathtaking views of Round Top and Mont Pinacle. Less than 10 minutes from Mont Sutton ski resort and Vermont. High speed internet (Bell Fibe 100). Ideal location to visit winery, go kayaking, tubing in the river, and all summer activities.

House has 2 living rooms and recently renovated bathrooms.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.

Now taking reservations for summer 2024.

I rate both the cottage and its owners very very highly. The space was great, the master bedroom is particularly beautiful with amazing views and I have never stayed in a cottage so clean. The owners were excellent communicators and very accommodating, they went above and beyond. We sadly couldn't ski as planned due to the hill closing but the space would work very well for anyone planning to do so, it is close to the slopes and has ample entryway space for equipment and clothing.
