A rental agreement must be returned by email duly completed and signed by the primary tenant as soon as possible. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your stay, payable by Interac transfer or by credit card. It is refundable in the event of cancellation, subject to at least 45 days notice. For Christmas and New Years, the notice is 90 days. The balance is payable at the latest at the time of the start of the rental of the chalet and is non-refundable if there is an interruption during the stay, caused by the main tenant.

The payment of your deposit (50% of the cost of overnight stays) and / or your entire stay must be made by Interac transfer or by credit card.

A security deposit of $ 1000.00 (by credit card or bank transfer) is required at least 24 hours before tenants arrive. Said deposit will be returned to the tenant after the inspection of the inventory by one of the owners.

The GST (5%), the QST (9.975%) as well as the tax on lodging (3.5%) must be added to the rental RATE.

There is an additional fee for house keeping at the end of your stay:
100$ + taxes

The rental rate includes, among other things, moderate access to propane gas for the fireplace and BBQ, snow removal service, electricity, heating and the right to moderately use all other amenities and accessories included in the chalet.
