Located 75 minutes from Montreal, Laval, and Trois-Rivières, and less than 200 meters from the beach on beautiful Lake Maskinongé (with FREE access), this rustic and cozy cottage, accommodating up to 10 people, offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy quality time with friends or family. The wooded lot at the rear and the quiet street ensure a peaceful stay. Bright and modern, yet retaining its original charm, the McLaren cottage features four bedrooms with two queen beds, two double beds, and two single beds. Each bedroom includes a place to store your belongings. Two renovated bathrooms are also available.

On the main floor, the spacious open-concept living area includes a dining room, an office space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large countertop that opens onto the living room. The living room features a large, comfortable sofa, a rocking chair, an armchair, and a slow-combustion fireplace, perfect for cozy winter evenings. At the far end of the chalet, you'll find a three-season sunroom furnished with a table, chairs, a chaise lounge, and two sofas, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air even when the weather isn't ideal.

Downstairs, you'll find a newly renovated (2026) basement with a large family/games room featuring a sofa bed with a chaise lounge, a loveseat, and two comfortable armchairs. It also includes a pool table, a game chest with a wide selection of board games for all ages, a 55" Samsung smart TV, an Xbox 360 with several games, a custom arcade console with 10,000 games, and a multitude of DVDs for your movie nights.
