No check-in or check-out on Saturdays.
Relax in one of our 3 bedrooms: two closed bedrooms and one open room. The garden-level living room also features a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, raclette and fondue sets, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine.
The dining area features a large table that seats up to 10 guests.
In the living area, enjoy a smart TV to connect to your favorite streaming apps.
The chalet includes air conditioning, heated floors, and drinkable water. Two full bathrooms are available: one on the main floor with a shower, and one in the basement, also with a shower. A washer and dryer are at your disposal.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private spa and stunning views.
You'll have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor areas in complete privacy, except for one storage area.
? IMPORTANT NOTES
Road Access
The chalet is located in a developing area, so the roads are not yet paved. We recommend coming with a 4x4 vehicle equipped with winter tires in winter or spring. All roads and the chalet parking area are professionally cleared of snow.
AUDIO MONITORING SYSTEM
Parties are strictly prohibited. In addition to a security camera facing the parking area and chalet entrance, a noise monitoring device is installed outside to detect excessive noise levels. Excessive noise is defined as music or other sounds that neighbors can hear and that disrupt their peace. The noise detector does not record audio.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note there are outdoor security cameras. None are pointed at the spa, to respect guest privacy. Tampering with or disabling the cameras is strictly forbidden and will be considered an attempt to conceal misuse, resulting in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
PETS
One small dog may be allowed per reservation with an additional $120 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit. Pet details (e.g. size) must be provided for approval.
TV
The chalet includes two smart TVs, but no cable service.
INTEGRATED SOUND SYSTEM
Compatible exclusively with the Spotify music app.
INDOOR FIREPLACE
A wood-burning fireplace is available. Firewood is not provided. Please bring your own firestarter and kindling.
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Unavailable from November 15 to April 30.
TOILETS
Do NOT flush any waste other than toilet paper. This includes feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, condoms, etc., as they can damage the septic system. A $1,500 fee will apply for improper use. Trash bins are available in all bathrooms for this purpose.
LAKE ACCESS
Accessible from May 20 to October 15. Lac Noir is a 3-minute drive down the mountain. A short trail (~100 meters) leads to a dock. No watercraft are provided.
