Sleep peacefully in one of our 3 bedrooms: two closed bedrooms and one open room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, raclette and fondue sets, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine.
The dining room features a large table that comfortably seats 10 people.
The chalet includes air conditioning, heated floors, and drinkable water. There are two full bathrooms: one on the main floor and one in the basement—both with showers.
You will have full and private access to the entire chalet and all outdoor spaces, except for one storage area.

**Unpaved Roads**
The chalet is located in a developing area and roads are not yet paved. We recommend a 4-wheel-drive vehicle with winter tires during winter and spring. The roads and parking area are professionally snow cleared.

**SOUND MONITORING & CAMERAS**
Parties are strictly forbidden at the chalet. In addition to a security camera outside (facing the parking and entrance only), there are noise monitoring devices installed both inside and outside the chalet to alert us if noise levels exceed acceptable limits. Excessive noise is defined as music or other sounds that neighbors can hear and that disturb their peace. The noise monitors **do not record audio**.
**CAMERAS**
Please note that outdoor security cameras are in place. None are aimed at the spa, to respect guest privacy. Tampering with or disabling the cameras will be considered an attempt to hide inappropriate activity and will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

**PETS**
One small dog may be allowed per reservation, with an additional \$120 cleaning fee and a \$500 security deposit. Pet details (e.g. size) must be provided and approved in advance.

**TV**
The chalet includes two smart TVs. Cable TV is not provided.

**INDOOR FIREPLACE**
A wood-burning fireplace is available. You must bring your own firewood and kindling and/or paper to start the fire.

**OUTDOOR FIRE PIT**
The outdoor fire pit is not accessible between November 15 and April 30.

**TOILETS**
**Do NOT flush any waste** (feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, condoms, etc.) as this could damage the septic system. A **\$1,500 fee** will apply for any misuse. Trash bins are provided in each bathroom for such items.

**LAKE ACCESS**
Lake access is available from **May 20 to October 15**. Lac Noir is located about **4 minutes by car** down the mountain. A short trail (\~100 meters) leads to a dock. **No watercraft are provided.**
