A private domain on a 4 acres land fronted by the river Assomption with over 400 feet on the water. Our chalet is located in St-Alphonse Rodriguez, just 75 minutes drive from Montreal, we are within a 20 minutes radius of fantastic outdoor activities in Summer or Winter.

Originally a school of the village in the 1900's the present day's spacious living room is where the class room used to be. Recently renovated, this chalet offers multiple living areas ensuring different age groups have their own spaces. With so many rooms, the cottage this size is rare and is ideal for large groups yet the price is reasonably affordable.

Please note that we do not provide any towels, you need to bring your own

Our hot tub and sauna are available year round. pool table, air hockey table, kids playground are available for your enjoyment. Kayaks are available free but with a refundable security deposit
