NOTES

RATES: To obtain a quote and/or reserve this chalet at the lowest rate, please click on the "Owner's website" link, then select your specific dates and indicate the exact number of people (adults/children)

- Minimum booking: 2 nights at all times;

- Reservation deposit: a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation in our calendar. The payment is done by credit card directly on our secured website to block your dates in the rental calendar and secure your booking;

- Final payment: the payment of the full balance is payable 30 days before the arrival date by credit card;

- A fully refundable security deposit of $1500 will be temporarly frozen your credit card 3 days before arrival date. This security deposit will be returned within 24-48 hours after departure once our team confirms the chalet has been left in the same condition as on arrival with no damage;

- IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. We expect guests to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental agreement. Also, it is important to respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood: parties are not permitted;

- Please also note that guests are expected to prevent excessive noise at night: we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10pm;

- Check-in: 4pm; check-out: by 11am.
