Symbiose - Waterfront/spa

Our magnificent residence is surrounded by nature on a huge private plot in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (1.15 hours from Montreal).

Located directly on the waterfront on a large lot, the cottage has a large dock that provides access to Lake Deligny/Nazaire in the summer (the dock is difficult to access in the spring/early summer because the water is usually very high due to snowmelt).
Two kayaks are also available for you to enjoy the lake, which is known for its tranquility and cleanliness!

On the ground floor, the huge windows offer breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. A hammock suspended from the ceiling also allows you to lie back and admire the view from above!

With heated floors in all rooms on the ground floor, the cottage has three closed bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two on the mezzanine) and can comfortably accommodate eight people.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large island, full bathroom with washer/dryer, and wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included) in the living room for colder days.

Outside, there is a large sunny terrace with a year-round spa, charcoal BBQ, and patio set. There is also a dedicated campfire area by the water with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs.


Lanaudière is known as a paradise for ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts. Several FCMQ trails are just minutes away from the cottage.
You can also enjoy many outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing at Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing at Chutes-du-Calvaire and on private land, hunting and fishing in two nature reserves (ZEC des Nymphes and Réserve Faunique Mastigouche), and trout fishing near Lac en Coeur.
