Located in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal), this magnificent home has a huge flat lot (including a garage and sheds) on the shores of Lake Deligny with a private sandy beach!
Lake Deligny is known for its tranquility and cleanliness, ideal for swimming! The beach slopes very gently, which provides a sense of security for families.
Inside, you will be greeted by a contemporary country-style decor. Beamed ceilings, a stunning stone wall, and a fully glazed dining room overlooking the lake create a cozy and soothing atmosphere. Several amenities such as a wall-mounted heat pump, heated floors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
On the ground floor, you will find a closed bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, a new kitchen with a large island and dishwasher, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included), and a breathtaking dining room.
On the mezzanine, you will find a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and two single beds. A reading area with a view of the water will offer you a moment of relaxation!
Outside, a furnished terrace with a BBQ offers a view of the lake. At the water's edge, you will have access to a dedicated campfire site with several Adirondack chairs. Two kayaks are also at your disposal!
