Terms
Our rate is $20,000 for the 5.5-month season. Payments will be spread from July through October. A $1,500 security deposit will be required upon taking possession of the property, following an inspection of the premises by the tenant. The tenant agrees to return the cottage in the same clean condition in which it was received; otherwise, cleaning fees of $75 per hour will be deducted from the security deposit.
