• Open-concept main floor: Living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, etc.) perfect for family meals plus a powder room.
• Basement: Direct entrance and a dedicated area for drying ski gear, foosball table, laundry room, and an extra room with a TV and a futon (which can serve as an extra bed).
