Four seasons chalet offering comfort and modern conveniences, with a forest, lakeside and pleasant cachet, located in the calm of Lake St. John's nature and in a wooded area with more than 26 000 square feet with beach and private quay. Tasty decorated, interior has large living room including complete kitchen, dining room and lounge, followed by a bedroom with queen bed, a complete bathroom (shower, washing appliances) and one more bedroom with bunk beds for three persons with television and DVD player. Enjoy lakeside life's pleasures with all the outdoor possible activities. In summer, a lake of more than 15 km perimeter is offering itself to you by a sand beach and ideal water entrance for children. Stroll on the quay, get tanned under the sun, take a drink, fish the pike a bit and admire the wonderful sunsets and the shooting stars. Leave an hour with pedal boat or with the kayaks (2 for adults and 1 for child). Make a good campfire, grill meat on the barbecue and play at multiple games and toys on the ground. By winter, enjoy the tracks of cross-country skiing (more than 35 km) and of snowshoes riding (6 km) marked out and daily maintained and the tracks and relay of snowmobiles "Massif aux 3 lacs" at 7 minutes by walk of the chalet. You can slide down the chalet's little slope with our toboggans, crazy-carpets and 3-skis to warm you up by superb chilly days. Came back in the chalet, warm you up near the wood-burning stove by siping a good hot drink. The books, movies and music discs of the bookcase and the board games will liven up this beautiful scene.
The chalet is located at 6 km from the village of Labrecque, where are a grocery store (bakery and butcher's shops of good quality, SAQ wines selections), a service station and a little restaurant. The closest pharmacy is located in the next village of St. Nazaire, at 15 km. Also, the city of Alma, with all its services and touristic attractions, is just at 25 minutes by car. At few minutes walking, the snowmobiles relay has restaurant and bar services in wintertime.
The area, the site and its chalet will offer conviviality, simplicity and a guaranteed pleasure to visitors and will be ideal for a family, a couple or a bunch of friends.

| Propreté, confort, accès à une diversité de jeux de société, livres et CD tout y est. Accès à des sentiers pédestres et de raquettes à quelques pas. Nous avons fait un séjour très agréable.

| "À l'abri du temps"... c'est exactement ce qui m'a attiré pour ce chalet et on peut dire qu'il porte vraiment bien son nom.
Le chalet est très propre, tout équipé aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur pour toutes les saisons, isolé en nature et intimité garanti grâce aux arbres. Il y a une tonne d'activités, d'attraits, de randonnées à visiter/faire aux alentours.
Mais il est aussi facile de se laisser aller à ne rien programmer au vu du confort de ce chalet et du sentiment de sérenité des lieux.
Après le feu de foyer apaisant à souhaits, je dirais que le plus marquant est cette vue avec l'accès au lac Labrecque sur lequel j'ai eu la chance d'admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Un p'tit cocon en nature plein de bonnes énergies que l'on ressent dès le pas de la porte franchie.
Alors merci encore famille Lafrance pour le soin que vous prenez à partager ce cocon et pour les moments de bonheurs vécus qui se ressentent dans chaque détails.
J'ai retrouvé, à titre très personnel et humain, tellement plus que l'essentiel dans votre chalet et je ne manquerai pas de revenir avec plaisir pour d'autres moments de la vie :)

| Propriétaires chaleureux et responsables. Chalet très confortable équipé de jeux et de Netflix, Youtube, etc. pour les jours de pluie. Terrasse très accueillante et ombragée sur laquelle on a vécu (lu, mangé, joué...) une grande partie de notre séjour. La pièce de résistance est assurément le superbe lac dans lequel on a fait beaucoup de kayak et de baignades. Nous avons apprécié le respect des autres utilisateurs du vaste plan d'eau qui ralentissaient près des rives. En résumé, nous fûmes fort satisfaits de notre séjour. (Notre dépôt de garantie fut remboursé dans les 2 jours suivant la période de location).
