Chalet de Félix et Sara Four seasons chalet offering comfort and modern conveniences, with a forest, lakeside and pleasant cachet, located in the calm of Lake St. John's nature and in a wooded area with more than 26 000 square feet with beach and private quay. Tasty decorated, interior has large living room including complete kitchen, dining room and lounge, followed by a bedroom with queen bed, a complete bathroom (shower, washing appliances) and one more bedroom with bunk beds for three persons with television and DVD player. Enjoy lakeside life's pleasures with all the outdoor possible activities. In summer, a lake of more than 15 km perimeter is offering itself to you by a sand beach and ideal water entrance for children. Stroll on the quay, get tanned under the sun, take a drink, fish the pike a bit and admire the wonderful sunsets and the shooting stars. Leave an hour with pedal boat or with the kayaks (2 for adults and 1 for child). Make a good campfire, grill meat on the barbecue and play at multiple games and toys on the ground. By winter, enjoy the tracks of cross-country skiing (more than 35 km) and of snowshoes riding (6 km) marked out and daily maintained and the tracks and relay of snowmobiles "Massif aux 3 lacs" at 7 minutes by walk of the chalet. You can slide down the chalet's little slope with our toboggans, crazy-carpets and 3-skis to warm you up by superb chilly days. Came back in the chalet, warm you up near the wood-burning stove by siping a good hot drink. The books, movies and music discs of the bookcase and the board games will liven up this beautiful scene.
The chalet is located at 6 km from the village of Labrecque, where are a grocery store (bakery and butcher's shops of good quality, SAQ wines selections), a service station and a little restaurant. The closest pharmacy is located in the next village of St. Nazaire, at 15 km. Also, the city of Alma, with all its services and touristic attractions, is just at 25 minutes by car. At few minutes walking, the snowmobiles relay has restaurant and bar services in wintertime.
The area, the site and its chalet will offer conviviality, simplicity and a guaranteed pleasure to visitors and will be ideal for a family, a couple or a bunch of friends.

| Séjour de rêve dans un chalet, accueillant, propre et très bien équipé. Vaste terrain bien aménagé avec quai et plage sur un lac aux eaux claires et limpides. Sans oublier une terrasse où on a envie de passer toutes nos journées et nos soirées.
Si la météo avait collaboré, notre expérience en aurait d'autant été bonifiée, mais c'était malgré tout parfait !!!

| C'était notre 2e séjour au chalet en trois ans. Nous y sommes retourné cette année parce ce que notre séjour initial nous avait comblé et nous le sommes encore cette année. L'endroit est idéal, procurant intimité, confort et accès direct à un lac impressionnant dans lequel il est fort plaisant de faire du kayak (2 fournis), d'y pêcher ou de s'y baigner; il y a aussi une petite plage pour les plus jeunes. Le chalet, autant à l'extérieur (terrasse et mobilier) qu'à l'intérieur est bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons même eu droit au soleil toute la semaine (sans frais...). Ce fut une belle semaine de vacances. Le locateur est courtois et serviable.

| Très joli et chaleureux chalet au bord de l'eau! Le lac est magnifique pour la baignade, le site est superbe et le terrain est vaste et très intime avec ses nombreux arbres. Tout est là pour garantir un séjour agréable! Nous avons adoré.

| Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille au chalet. Le bord de l'eau est magnifique, la terrasse est super et le chalet est très bien équipé. Félix est un hôte attentionné et très disponible. Nous recommandons fortement ce chalet pour visiter la belle région du saguenay!
